At your request, any tip provided through Gillette Crime Stoppers or Crime Stoppers USA will be considered ANONYMOUS. This means that your information WILL NEVER be used in the case you are reporting on and it will not be disclosed to law enforcement.

Information about NEW crimes are not eligible for Crime Stoppers rewards and must be reported to your respective law enforcement agency or through 911.

Harassment, Threats, Acts of Violence or Intimidation towards any party will be turned in to Law Enforcement for criminal investigative purposes. 

Reward payouts are decided by the civilian Board of Directors and are determined based on the level of information provided and if that information led to the arrest or recovery of stolen property. No rewards can be given for any false or misleading information, or if that information does not result in the required outcome for a reward.

Gillette Crime Stoppers Inc. is a civilian based, 100% volunteer nonprofit organization and is not employed by any law enforcement agency.


Privacy Policy

It is the policy of Gillette Crime Stoppers, Inc to never ask an informant for their personal information. Any personal information provided is volunteered by the informant of their own free will and desire. Gillette Crime Stoppers does not share a person’s information with law enforcement unless authorized to do so.

All tips submitted are considered confidential, regardless of the method used to submit. A P3 Tip ID number and passcode will be provided to the informant upon receiving a valid tip.

When checking your tip status, either by phone, text, online or even email, you will be required to have your P3 Tip ID number and passcode. This is to ensure your information that leads to an arrest or recovery of stolen property will also be how we provide you with your reward.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.


Types of Tips that are ineligible for a reward

Any crimes in progress (occurring right now) that have not already been reported to law enforcement. Contact 911 to report these crimes immediately.

Any un-investigatable crime(s) that an informant provides that cannot be reviewed, followed up on or investigated based on a lack of identifying information (unknown who/where/when type of crimes).
